RFC Recapture the Fortress Cities is an Interreg Europe project that aims to develop strategies to sustainably restore, maintain, and exploit urban forts and fortiﬁed cities. It will generate smart ways to capitalise on military heritage and bring fortresses back into the lives of cities.

Last autumn in Belgium our partners participated in all the activities organised by the host of the event, Regionale Landschappen Antwerpen.

Virtual partner meeting.

Due to the current status of the covid-19, our last project meeting was held online on 8th July 2020.

Although we have postponed the study visits to Albarracín SP, the rest of the activities were made as planned.

We shared the good practices collected during this second semester of the project that will be online after revision.

In addition, we shared contributions in the Thematic Workshop on Innovation for military heritage.
